LIVING DESIGN CENTER OZONE is an information center for housing and interiors. The center, with a total area of 13,000m2, occupies six floors (3F to 8F) of the “SHINJUKU PARK TOWER”, located in the Nishi Shinjuku of Tokyo.
The floors consist of unique showrooms and shops of furniture, daily commodities, housing equipment, and construction materials, as well as a library of housing design books and product catalogues.
In order to realize houses that support a comfortable and joyful everyday life, we hold seminars and workshops, and provide professional support for house building (focusing on consulting) and interior design programs.

ACTIVITIES in OZONE
THE CONRAN SHOP SHINJUKU, a home furnishing shop from London, is located on the 3rd and 4th floors. A more fulfilling and enjoyable daily life is proposed through well-selected furniture, lights, and interior goods from all over the world.
There are about 35 housing-related showrooms on the 4th to 7th floors. Visitors may find and trial products that adorn life, including furniture, interior goods, fabrics, kitchens, equipment, storage, fixtures, construction materials, paints, and hardwares.
A wide range of seminars are held throughout the year, such as seminars regarding interiors and equipment’s, workshops for enjoying living, and lectures for improving business skills.
