Three architect and construction
contractor selection methods |
 |
Competitive proposal method |
 |
This
is OZONE's basic home planning method.
In keeping with the homebuilder's requirements, OZONE selects three architects (firms) from among its registered vendors
and simultaneously submits three design plans. The homebuilder compares the plans and selects the optimal vendor. Subsequently,
OZONE provides comprehensive design confirmation and on-site inspection support for the homebuilder right up to completion
of the home. |

 |
Vendor introduction method |
 |
This
method begins with a meeting with candidate vendors.
Stage 1 - Based on OZONE-provided counseling, the homebuilder
selects and meets with three candidate vendors.
Stage 2 - One of the vendors proposes a design plan.
Stage 3 - OZONE provides homebuilder support spanning every step from confirmation of contract details to completion
of the home.
OZONE is available to provide support at any stage or all of them according to the requirements of the individual homebuilder. |

 |
Public competition method |
 |
This
method involves soliciting design plans from a number of architects.
OZONE prepares competition entry instructions and notifies CLUB OZONE professional members of the competition.
Four candidates are selected through documentary examination from among the submitted plans (normally between 30 and
100 plans per homebuilder), and an architect is selected through interviews. This method enables the homebuilder to
select a favorite plan from among a great many candidates. |
